Activity Log - Lifestyle values

Default Activity Log - Lifestyle values

I'm having trouble with the Activity Log Lifestyle value. It has calculated over 2,000 calories burned for a 'standing' lifestyle @ work.

Anyone having this problem and how do I change it?

Have you calculated your BMR yet? I had to adjust my work lifestyle setting to lower mine. I also include sleeping in my daily activities.

Do you feel that the number is incorrect? if so, what do you think is more realistic? Like vabeachgirlNYC , I add in sleep and this will bring the # down some. To change it, go to Activities > Customize Metabolism > Use Custom Baseline and enter the number there that'll be added to your lifestyle activity level.

I am having that problem too! Even if I put it on the lowest possible lifestyle, I burn over 2200 a day! I don't know how to fix this...you can't even delete or change the hours on it.
