weight and goal graph doesn't work. Anyone else? How do you contact Fitday live?
 

Has anyone been able to contact Fitday about the weight and goal graph not working? This is one of my favorite features that hasn't worked for some time.

I saw on here today that Fitday doesn't actively work on Fitday classic, but if you switch to Fitday 2 at the top of your page, you can get the weight and goal graph. Happy Happy...however, the journal is with the moods part of this format and I can't see my past journal entries...I can switch back and forth from Fitday 2 and Fitday classic to see them though.....to see the weight graph, switch to Fitday 2, click on reports, and then click on weight

Let me look into this.

I use FitDay Premium. I have no clue if that’s considered FitDay Classic or FitDay 2. All I know is that I love not being bombarded with advertisements. Meanwhile all my graphs, charts and icons (like mood) have suddenly disappeared. I haven’t seen any posts from FitDay addressing the problem.

I have always had classic fitday. I tried fitday 2 because of the weight graph problem and I'm getting it now, although it is a different format than classic. I don't pay for fitday so I'm not sure what premium is like. Hope you get the problem resolved soon. I use the weight graph more than anything and really missed not having it

I have used Friday 2 for 2 weeks now and the weight goal and weight graphs have not worked at all, this has happened before. Can it be fixed? Thanks!

on Fitday 2, click on reports and then slip down and click on weight...U should see the graph if you've been putting in your weigh, it should be there...at the bottom of the graph there is a place to click on for weight goal graph

THANK YOU 49yearsyoung....with your advise to switch to FD2, now I can see/refer to the weight loss graph :) YAY!!!!

Part 2. Ive tried to reach FD too, no response :(
