Default Protein, Carbs & Fats by Grams, common scale

I want a report which measures my intake of
Protein (Green)
Carbs (Yellow)
Fats (Red)
in grams,
against a COMMON scale on the y-axis (the vertical axis.)

Yes, I can make a custom report which gives these items, however the y-axis (vertical) which gets created by the custom report has THREE sets of numbers for each line - a different set of numbers on each line for each food type.

GRAMS
250 50 100 |_________________-->

200 40 80 |_________________-->

150 30 60 |_________________-->

100 20 40 |_________________-->

50 10 20 |_________________-->

0 0 0 |_________________-->

-50 -10 -20 |_________________-->
GRAMS TIME

Having three sets of y numbers means I can not see at a glance if my carbs are low and my protein or fat is high or the reverse. I could have a 100 gram day or week at the same level as a 20 or a 40 gram day or week as each food type is scaled differently. It's even possible to have a lower number show up on a higher line due to the different scaling.

* is frustrated *

How do I get all three food types on a common scale with only ONE y-axis number per line? So that 5, 10 & 20 shows as 5, 10 & 20 for all three food types, 100 shows as 100 for all three, and 200 shows as 200. Again, my request is that there should be only one set of numbers on the y-axis from which all three food types are measured in grams.

(Measuring in calories doesn't work. I'm eating based on X grams/kg weight for protein, a max of Y grams carbs, and Z fats to get to my calorie designation for the day.)

A typical day is:
10-25 grams carbs
80-120 grams protein
Remainder in fats
1000-1500 kcal/24 hrs.
If I'm doing a heavy workout I eat more.

Point is I want a graph where I can see at a glance if I'm more or less on track of my primal/paleo/low-carb diet of fats, carbs & proteins measured for each food on a common scale in Y grams over X time points.

Thanks for the help,
Jesse

PS. Once correctly created I want to save this report so I can run it at will, make modifications, etc.

Ideally I'd have the option of selecting the time of my choice, a day, 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 weeks, 1,2,3,4...12 months, even 1,2,3...T years. Also perhaps by average over given time frames.

And heck, while I'm wishing, it'd be nice to break out Fats by type, and Carbs by type also.

Thanks again.
