Daily maximum macros
Hey guys,
Basically I'm looking for the tool to help me with something.
I've created custom meals and I've entered the information the store provided me with per 100g for each item. Now I want to be able to punch in my daily needs in grams for fat, carbs, protein and calories and for FitDay to adjust the serving size of my custom foods accordingly to fit with my grams of fat, carbs, protein and calories.
For example; say I create a list of custom foods that I'll be eating every day for a week. During that week I need 135g of Carbohydrates, 155g of Protein and 43g of Fat. Now, to loose weight I need to consume 1554 calories a day using these macros.
So, what I want to be able to do is tell the machine that I need 135g of Carbohydrates, 155g of Protein and 43g of Fat resulting in a total of 1554 calories using my custom food per day in which the machine should tell me I need to eat 'X'grams amount of (custom food), 'X'grams amount of (custom food) etc. Is this possible using FitDay - if not, where would one find such a program?
