Default How add bottled water to food log?

I drink Ozarka Spring bottled water (16.9 oz) primarily because it is easy to carry the bottles with me and also keep track how much I have had.

I am having trouble creating a new food for Ozarka bottled water. A serving size would be one bottle which has 16.9 oz. How do I enter this information so that I can add the water to my daily intake. I need to drink 8 of these bottles which will give me 140 oz which is 1/2 of my weight-this is what I was told to drink by a weight management clinic.

Hi 1philcollins,
Do you know how to create a custom food? In the foods section click on "create custom food" and add the information - obviously there won't be much in the nutrition section, but it will allow you to track the number of bottles per day.

Why would you need to add it? Water has no calories?

Some folks just like to keep a total of how much they drink and find it easier to do if it's logged into their list.

Oh okay that makes sense. Is there a place that totals up water by itself on the charts? And does it automatically add water from the tea we brewed and added to the food log?
