Nutrition Tab-How is this table calculated?
 

Under my food journal is the "Nutrition" tab.

How is this table calculated?

It says: "This table lists your average daily intake for all nutrients."

Is that an average for all of the days in my food journal(say the entire month of entries) or is it the nutrition intake for that one specific day??
