Can't Update to PC from free version
I'm trying to update my account from free to the PC version but keep getting this message after entering my information: The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
I even tried to upgrade to Premium but I get a message saying my information (name, address, payment) is incorrect. I've tried numerous times to upgrade to either. Can anyone help?

I've tried to use the change password link under the profile tab through Explorer and Eclipse and I keep getting the page not found warning. Broken link?

I think i found out the upgrade problem...
I'm new to FitDay and I also tried to upgrade to Premium to no avail. But I think the problem is when you plug in your credit card info there's no place to enter your credit card CVV security code(3 numbers) which is located next to your signature on the back of your card. Without that 3-digit code no card will go through. It's a security feature on all credit cards to prevent unauthorized transactions.

Oh boy yeah! I keep trying every few days no luck. I tried every link I could find on the Internet hoping for a new way to order it. I lost my original hardcopy and now I am hopelessly lost as to how to get the PC version. I MUCH prefer it.

What Operating System and browser are you using? I'd like to try and test this out.
