Looking for software question about PC
I can't find a way to customize BMI % on the site.
For anyone who uses Fitday PC does it allow you in PC to customize it? I'm a bodybuilder and it always goes high when they do it. It seems to assume I row 3 pound weights instead of 90 pound.
I can usually ignore it but once in a while I would like to be able to track and see how well I am doing on Mass to fat ratio. I'm sure it won't let us enter lean mass and fat pounds. I haven't run into a software that will let us do that so the % would be nice.

It will allow you to track custom things if you're a premium member.
It will allow you to track Body Fat % vs. Weight, and you can also create a custom measurement.
So you could put in "Adjusted BMI" as a measurement, calculate it, and enter it...and it will track it on a graph.
