I'm still a bit confused with the Calories Lifestyle. Where it sits in the bar graph under the Calories Burned I'm guessing the Calories Lifestyle is also calories burned, but it doesn't say that. If it's not calories burned, then what is it.

we have to intake some fixed amount of calories depending on our weight and separately we need to burn calories(average daily norm 8000 steps). It works out only if it goes simultaneously. You cant lose weight the way it should be done only consuming a low number of calories.
