Default File layout for .fdy ?

I would like to analyze some of the data I have carefully entered into Fitday PC. Does anyone know what the file layout of the .fdy file is? Any other ideas of to get the data out?
Thanks,
Ned Kennington ([email protected])

.fdy file is a Fitday PC Profile file. It can be loaded into Fitday PC by selecting "open account" from the file menu in Fitday PC and selecting this file.

Thanks tyen,

Of course I realize that a .fdy file is where Fitday stores the user's data. I would like to be able to analyze the data OUTSIDE of Fitday. For this reason, I would like to know what the file layout is.

Thanks,
