Problems with nutritional info?
I am currently tracking my iron content (as in trying keep it as low as possible given the other parameters of my diet). I have been entering my daily logs for a few days now, and I have been shocked by the amount of iron I am supposedly consuming according to the Total Nutrition information.
Today, I checked and totaled every item for the day's menu individually (yes, I adjusted for appropriate portions). The iron count was 96% of my RDA. The problem, however, is that the Total Nutrition graph/table says that my iron consumption for the day is 216% of my RDA.
I then checked my daily menu on another FitDay-type program, and the iron content was very similar to that of my individually-counted total (97% of RDA)
What gives?

Are you using fitday 2? I usually use fitday classic, but it shouldn't make a difference.
Where is the total nutrition graph or table?
When you use the total nutrition report in fitday, doesn't it give the average daily intake with time periods such as a week? Yet it seems in the description of what you do that you are looking at the daily intake.
