Is there any way to set and track custom nutritional goals and moniter if I'm on target?

I thought I saw somthing on the weekley report about it but I don't know how.

When you look at the food you've logged for the day, displayed on the screen, look right above those foods. One of the headings is 'custom nutrition goals.' Click on that and you will see the running total of some nutrition goals already there. I think there's %RDA as one of the headings in that report. You can also set min and max (minimum and maximum). You set those yourself. Also, there is a drop down menu underneath that data that gives you the option to add some more choices for monitored nutrients. Then, when you look at your logged foods, look also at that custom nutrition. It will show you if you are in the range you set for yourself for various values.
