Sugar?

Why are the sugars not counted?

I think its because you are already concerned about lossing weight. So you will be working out more. Those sugars are used to help with your workout and are burned during your workout. As long as people know that too much sugar can be bad. I do agree with you though. They should put a sugar counter in there somewhere.

I was about to ask the same thing. I know sugar/artificial sweeteners are an issue for me.

Sugars are carbohydrates so the calories are in the cabohydrate data for each of the foods. Some food labels will show them as a sub-category under carbohydrates but they are included in the totals (grams and calories) for carbs.
