You can add the fish oil from the choices that are already in the data base (search 'fish oil' and salmon fish oil, menhaden fish oil, etc., come up). You can also create the custom food ('X fish oil supplement 1 capsule,' for example) and enter the values you see for the calories and fat (including the mononunsatured, polyunsaturated, etc.) You can put 0 in the fields for other vitamins and minerals.
