When is Fitday going to address its performance issues?
 

I really like Fitday's functionality and have recommended it to others.

However, it's been slow for a very long time. Sometimes it's fine, others it just draaaaaaaaags. No, it isn't my connection. A quick google shows others have complained about this for a long time.

Platitudes don't help me. When will this be faster? Are there any concrete plans to address the code or hardware shortcomings responsible for this?

I agree the site sometimes does slow down, it feels like I'm using dial-up. It's clearly a bandwidth issue with the server, not being able to keep up with traffic.

With that said, I'm using the free version, and other than the slowness every now and then, fitday.com is fantastic!
