5g of fat in 1 cup of Broccoli???

Default 5g of fat in 1 cup of Broccoli???

Adding 1 cup of Broccoli to my food log adds 5g fat! canthis be right?

If you aren't adding any fat, I would log it as raw.

Yes...or you can go to browse, vegetables, find broccoli, [however prepared], and find the one that says without fat added. For some reason, when you search a veggie, FitDay always assumes it is prepared with fat

5 grams sounds like too much. A large stalk of broccoli (280g and 11 or 12 inches long) has 1 gram of fat, with no fat added, boiled and drained without salt. Just saying this because vegetables do contain small amounts of fat!
