help with diet
I need help I'm a 50 year old woman I weight train at least 5 days a week and I also do cardiograph at least 1 hour about 7 days a week. I try to eat healthy tor lunch 6 ox of talipia with 6 oz of mixed vectors. Dinner is shrimp snf veggies. I drink at least a gallon of water.
