PC Sync
 

I was uploading my data from Fitday pc 2.0 and then started getting error AN ERROR WAS ENCOUNTERED WHILE SYNC...... this occurs on the upload changes task. my data is being uploaded, but this seems to be a flaw in the software. I use Chrome and foxfire.

I haven't checked the firewall, but I don't think that is the problem since I was able to upload on a new account

Weird. I've got the sync error once in a blue moon, but not lately. The FitDay PC software doesn't (AFAIK) use a browser to do the sync so I don't think Chrome has anything to with the error. I'd try again and if you continue to have difficulties post back here and I'll make sure an Admin sees it.

It still does it. I tried using a second/new account, (my laptop backup) and it was OK for a while, then it started to act up again. When I open the online account, the new entries are there, so its just a nuisance.

I lose information when I mess with it, so I'm going to quit trying to fix it
