I have Spanish speaking friends who want to use fit day. is there a Spanish version available?

No. But it's intuitive enough that it shouldn't be a problem. Plus the person can just make his/her own custom foods and name everything in Spanish. But really, learning a few english words like "banana" and "apple" shouldn't overwhelm anyone. ;)
