Can I upload custom foods to new program

I bought a download PC version a long time ago and have customized foods on it. If I buy the premium online version, is there a way I can upload my custom foods into the premium online version? Also, is the premium online version what I buy if I am also buying an IPad and want to use FitDay on that (I know I'll need to get an app as well).
