Need a delete entry warning
 

I am using a touch screen for most of my data entry and have noticed that ever once in a while, well not sure how much I have deleted really, I will delete a food entry while touching the screen to scroll the page. I think that a conferm delete box or message should be displayed before an item is deleted. The delete X in the food entry screen just happens to be where I put my finger to scroll.
