Sync-ing
I just spent $29.95 to upgrade my PC version and another $49.95 for premium online access in order for my PC's custom foods to be synced online.
Every time I attempt to sync, however, it gets to the UPLOADING CHANGES section & encounters an error. WTH? If that's what I can expect, I want a refund. |
I've never had a problem syncing, but I started out with the newest version of FitDay PC. Did your old version sync OK?

Hmm--I don't know. I love the new FitDay PC and pretty much use it exclusively these days--well worth the investment.
Of course, very frustrating if it won't work! Have you contacted Tech Support? https://www.fitday.com/Crm/Question.html I think that should be your next step, if you haven't done it already. The Admins to check this board but I would hope you'd get quicker response that way. Regards, Michael |
