Changing my start date

Hello all. Yes I'm new here and actually started today. But before that I came on the site and signed up and input some food just to see if I would like the site. Now I'm back and I love the site. My issue is, my first visit to the site was 2 weeks ago and so that's when all my graph dates start. Is there a way to change that so all my graphs start on 7/25/11?

Other than starting a new account with a different user name I don't think there is any way to change the start date.
