Missing custom foods
 

My Custom Food list has disappeared! How can I get it back?

I am new here, so I don't know everything about the site yet. Last week I added a few days worth of food and exercise, and due to the holidays, I stopped updating, I picked it up this week, and last weeks entries appear to be completely gone. Did I do something wrong? I do remember saving changes.

We don't have a definitive answer for this type of question.

But I'm sure you data is still here, for some reason you just can't access it. Are you using the same username or is this a different one? Data just doesn't disappear on servers and this one is backed up and secured.

All I can tell you is, since you're new, start your journaling from today.

I am using the same user name, at least I am pretty sure. I will double check.

It seems like if you only had one user name it's not something that you'd be unsure of, or need to check. I think we have found the answer.
