Default planning ahead

I want to plan what I intend to eat so I can calculate how many grams of protein and fat I want. Is there a way to enter my plan, but then enter what I actually do eat?

The only way I can think of it to go to the next day food journal and enter your plan then correct it with what you actually ate. The more experienced members may have a better suggestion. Mary

Hi Kumochi,
I have done that, but it gets confusing when trying to keep track of how many fats like olive oil or fish oil I've added. That's more difficult to remember than what protein I had for dinner.

You could always put your 'plan' into the food log for the 'day after tomorrow' and then look forward to it during the day for guidance on the actual day (which would be tomorrow). However, you should track exactly what you eat in the food log you keep on that day (tomorrow) and see where it is you stuck to the plan and where you didn't.
