Just started today and have a quick question...Does the lifestyle setting put into account sleep... Or do I need to enter that under activities.

The Lifestyle is supposed to include eight hours of sleep. However, many of us find that our actual calorie burn is more accurate if we include another eight hours of sleep per day. That's what I do and my actual results are pretty close to what FitDay predicts. Regards, Michael |
