How to group foods?

Default How to group foods?


I am new to FitDay and still getting to grips with it. It is a brilliant site and I plan to puchase the application in a couple of weeks if I carry on having great success with the web based application.

I have searched on the forum but can't find an answer. How do you group together your meals?

Say for example I always have Bacon, Egg, Pine Nuts, Onion and Chives for breakfast or all the ingredients for Fajita's or something? So that I don't have to keep adding the individual items?

Chris, welcome to Fitday and the forums!

If you eat the same meal every day, make it into a Custom Food. Add up all the calories, fat, protein, etc. and name the custom food whatever you like. When you have that particular breakfast (or lunch or dinner), you just click one. Simple!
