all my info is gone
 

I logged in this morning and found that ALL of my information is gone. I've been using FitDay to log my food intake for around two weeks. All of my daily logs, recent foods, custom foods -- gone.

Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone know if I can get it back somehow?

How very strange--and frustrating!

I assume you've logged out and back in? I know there is going to be a server migration at some point in the future, but I've not lost any of my data. In fact, my old data from 10 years ago was still here when I started using FitDay again.

I'd log out and back in and see if it's still gone. Let me know if it is and I'll post a note for the Admins.

It looks like you have logged in under a new account this morning. You would not have access to your original account under this account.

I suggest you sign back into the one you had been using. All of you info should be there unless you deleted that account.
