using the activities log

Talking using the activities log

not too sure if i add the activities properly... i like did some biking today stationnary biking for like 30 min...light biking not out of breath ... but when i add it why was there some other in there about calories burn during the day is this suppose to be there?

This is what it show: Lifestyle Seated, Some Movement(Customize) 23:30 2,417

Yup, that's supposed to be there. It is your "basal metabolism"--what you burn in 24 hours if you don't do any extra exercise. Some activities can lower this number. For instance, I add 8 hours of sleep to bring mine down a bit--some folks believe that the FitDay estimate of basal metabolism is a bit optomistic. Really, you'll have to experiment and see how your actual weight loss (due to whatever calorie deficeit you choose) corresponds to the calculations.
