Nutrition of foods incorrect
Where does one go to get support regarding data on this site?
This problem is not just FitDay Classic, because I think FitDay 2 and premium uses the same food list. If that is not so, please advise.
Specifically, some of us are keeping track of sodium. If you look at any vegetable raw verses that same vegetable cooked (without added fat/salt), the sodium content is significantly higher. For example, green string beans cooked is around 400+ sodium in one cup. Is this food table you use assuming there is salt in the water? What if the vegetables are steamed. That should in my opinion be the about same nutrient content as raw.
If someone here can't answer my question, is there someone that is in charge of this site that can advise me?
Thank you.
