Graphics not showing
 

The past few days the graphics have not been showing up on Fitday Classic. It just shows an empty box with a broken icon in the upper left corner. The same is true on both Mozilla and Chrome. How can I fix this? Or is it a Fitday site problem?

I am seeing the same problem last two days. I have been using chrome and tried IE with the same result. Thanks.

OH great...it showed up for about 10 seconds this morning and then disappeared...A smiley mood face, then nothing but the blue and white questionmark. Good to know it's not just me.

As far as I know and have seen, tech team has fixed this. If you still don't see them, clear your cache and reload the page.

I'm having the same problem, even after clearing the cache.

I could see graphs for about 1 minute after clearing the cache, but then got an error message, and now again don't see anything -- in spite of clearing the cache again.

The graphics on the weight goal graph has been broken the last few days on classic. Thanks.

Well, now it is Christmas 2020. No weight graph for the last month?

same here....seems to be an ongoing problem. It has always been one of my favorite motivators on this site to set goals and see the changes on the graph. Really miss when it DID work.

I don't see the Data Graphs in my page, I can see Data Calculations but not the Graphs of all taps. Is there anyway to fix this problem ?

Shame on Fitday for keeping this site up in this condition.

Graphs are no longer supported in CLASSIC view. Switch to 2.0 in your profile.

Maybe if you would make 2.0 as easily useable as classic, this advice would be more welcome....

No graphs are working... Just started back. How do I fix it?

Aaannnddd.....it's happening again. Are they trying to get us to switch to 2.0 by making Classic dysfunctional?

I see this has been a discussion topic since 2015. Just letting you know that I have not seen graphics in FitDay Classic for at least 2 years now. I've never seen the fixed, broke, fixed, broke that they discuss. For me it's been broke and has stayed broke despite changing computers, browsers, clearing cache, etc.

The graphics are still broken for me as well. The primary reason I use Fitday over other tracking apps is I like to see my macro's in a pie chart.

They stopped working for me some years ago. I am worried because now the database has had a connection error for a few hours.I hope it comes back. I have data going back to 2007...
