I figured it out. The Hawaiians are now substituting Spam for poi. This dish obviously calls for Spam, and the poster wanted to alert everyone about the change. :D

Yeah, the posts that are a little "off topic" or just repeating, with the line at the bottom, seem to eventually stick the spam in there.
