Can't get in Contact
I signed up in August for the dietitian service and used it for one month and cancelled my subscription. Every month after that I would get charged again, I'd email support, and they'd refund me. Every month I'd ask them to cancel my account so I'd stop getting wrongfully charged but they never did, and money just flows out of my account for nothing. At first it was really annoying and a huge hassle but at least I'd get my money back, however, for the last three months I've been charged and never refunded, I've sent emails, left phone messages and I'd write letters if I knew the address, no one has replied, picked up the phone, or called me back. This is almost $300 that I don't get anything for, I really can't afford this anymore and am at my wits end, has anyone else had to deal with this?
