Avatar Help

how can i get the avatar thing going? tried resizing the picture, but still the file size is bigger than allowed???!!!

I had the same problem. I had to reduce the % until it was small enough for it to be accepted.

thank you all for the sugestion, but still, i can not get the picture small enough!!!! :confused: so, no avatar for me!!!! :(

Bumping this up to say I have a similar problem. I can't seem to get an avatar to work. I've tried the resizer numerous times, but I keep getting an error message that says 'unable to save image'.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Avatars aren't working for anyone right now. FitDay's going through some changes/improvements and everyone's have been disabled. Hopefully they will be back soon.

Looks like it's not working at all.
A moderator should post a sticky in this forum about things like this.
A "Read before you post" kind of thing with FAQ about the forums and/or the site. Most sites have this, I found this through searching for Avatar help because I was getting the "unable to save" notice on my avatar.

Unless my eyes deceive me, it looks like avatars are not disabled for everyone. Here's an example, on this thread:
