Can you add a meal of a food to mutable days

If you have the same meal everyday for breakfast can you add it to mutable days at one time? To speed up making new menus

What's a 'mutuble day'?

I'm guessing you mean 'every Monday' or something similar to that?

I don't think you can add one meal to the food log across all the days.

Going to 'recent foods,' you should always be able to see yesterday's breakfast, for example, not too far from the top of the list. You still have to choose those separate items from 'Recent' and add them to today's log - but at least you don't have to look each of them up again.

You could also get the information from the meal you build and make a Custom Food from it. Call it 'daily breakfast,' for example, and then you can search for it in Custom foods and add it with one stroke. The information will only be as accurate as what you enter for the meal, though.

That's all I can think of - if there's another suggestion, I'd like to hear it. I think the same limitation applies to fitday classic. Fitday 2 does have 'Recent foods' more handily available.
