Are FITDAY and Myfitnesspal owned by the same company?

Hi Group,

Does anyone know if Fitday and My fitness pal are owned by the same company? They seem to be organized in a similar way.

Not that I know of. MFP is owned my My Fitness Pall, LLC. FD is owned by Internet Brands, Inc
