Default Activities Log

Why can't you add your own activity in the log? Is that an upgrade area? I would like to add Running, Treadmill.... and also input my own calorie burn....

I think its only possible if you upgrade, again i think so, not sure.

If you enter your weight and height in fitday you can just use the Running, Treadmill listed in activity, it's kind of accurate, but more calculators are not accurate no matter what.
I'm on crazy plan to lose weight

April 01, 2013 = 343 lbs.
May 01, 2013 = 313 lbs.
June 01, 2013 = 290 lbs.
July 01, 2013 = 273 lbs.
