It seems to be working fine for some, but a lot of folks are posting about problems as well, so they've tried to find the problem on the tech end. Could you post a screen shot of what it looks like when it fails for you? That would really help identify the problem.

Not sure if related, but it won't let me gain weight. It reminds me that the amount I want is greater than the amount I am and reverts me back to the original screen.
