Lifestyle Activity seems unrealistically high
For my daily lifestyle activity, it gives me a vey high number. Using the Harris-Benedict Equation for my age/weight... my BMR is about 1690 calories per day. When I choose my lifestyle as "Very Low (sedentary)", it gives me a baseline of 2056? That is a difference of 366 calories over my resting metabolism... or roughly the equivalent of a 3.5 mile walk. If I've said I'm sedentary, why is it adding 3.5 miles of walking to my resting metabolism?
