Graph Pix Not Loading
 

I used to get this fabulous pie chart showing my macro breakdown. . .and now it's just a square with that little picture symbol in the upper left corner of the square. . .but the image doesn't load (even when I click and ask it to load the image). any ideas how to get this to work??

No. . .I can't seem to find how to get in touch with them either. . .I think if it's happening to you and others then it's a tech glitch at their end. . .annoying since we are paying for this (and why the ads here???)

I'm totally wrong on getting in touch! I forgot I had emailed them. Got a really nice reply from Joel who suggested I click on FitDay2 in the upper right corner, as they no longer support FitDay Classic. That did the trick, and while it's different, there's all kinds of improvements (like putting in a few letters of a favorite and having it populate rather than going scrolling through all) and also the nutrition info is displayed with the favorites without having to click elsewhere. I think I'm really going to like it! Good luck; hope this was helpful.
