Calorie balance
For the life of me, I can't figure out this "calorie balance" statistic. E.g. yesterday I burned 3199, and consumed 2319 calories, which is a difference of 880 (more burned than consumed). This is our definition of calorie balance, but for that date the graph shows my calorie balance to be 2500 (more consumed than eaten). This makes no sense and is worthless to me.:mad:

How did you calculate that burned over 3000 cals?

I agree, it is only confusing and not useful. It should be replaced with something more practical. I think I posted something like your post a few years ago.
