Wont Upgrade but charged

Exclamation Wont Upgrade but charged

I purchased the mobile upgrade for 10.99 on my phone and it charged me but wont even upgrade. it didnt do a thing. and i got no emails. how do i either get my money back or have it work please help

I was charged last week for a mobile upgrade, but I still haven't seen any changes. I have emailed support twice now and haven't seen any action. Please fix this issue or refund my money. Thanks.

Hi bwalter,

Unfortunately, we can't handle mobile payment, since they don't go through us. You'll have to reach out to Apple/iTunes/App Store.
