Custom Calorie intake
 

Hello! I am new to the Fitday and having some trouble finding my way around. I need to set my daily calorie intake for 2000 calories a day. This is what my trainer would like me to do. However I can't find where to do this. Can you direct me to a forum thread that will tell me? Or perhaps give me some instructions? Thank you very much!

Home => dashboard => calorie budget> edit

Start with the home tab and then follow through to edit your calorie budget.
It will ask you to verify if you really want to override what fitday calculates for you - but you should be able to.
