Premium Service Fail!
I signed up for premium service a year ago...I was never able to access it. Now, I have been charged again for this service and I still can't access it. Can someone point me in the right direction?
I need help getting on that premium account because the payment that was auto withdrawn was from an account that i no longer use, caused an overdraft. My address and phone number have changed as well.

Thank you so much. I have received the email, my password is reset and I am on my way to a slimmer me!!
