I'm trying the Beachbody 60 Day Insanity workout. So far, I'm seeing a difference in my strength, breathing, and tone in 1 week, so I'm happy. I'm not following the diet plan, however.
Anyone want to share their experiences with this?
The results will keep coming if you keep with it! Take it from me, I'm a Insanity veteran Haha. I did the Insanity program last winter, and then moved onto the Insanity Asylum in the spring-- Both awesome programs. As of today, I'm down 54 lbs ( Started at 195lbs). The insanity asylum of course kicks up the intensity but it's nothing that I couldn't handle. I'm excited ( and a little scared lol) for the Insanity Volume Asylum 2 to come out this fall.
