exercise? display?
At the gym, the eeliptical showed 105 cals burned, then I did very light wt training with several machines. I am sure I only burned at the most 200 cals today, but this chart thing says I burned 1,400 cals? is that off or what?:confused: i changed it to custom and put 100 cals.. I have no idea if that is right, but it looks better than the 1400 it said I burned! :confused:

Ya, 1400 is way off. Also, consider leaving those machines behind and using barbells or dumbbells - you'll burn more calories too!

can't do too much, i have lupus and the arthritis that comes with the lupus, so have to take it slow! thanks
