Personally I love hatha yoga, it makes me stronger and stretches my body in the way no other exercises and stretching programs do. I like watching videos by Jesse Galagher on youtube and download those I practice more often by a I prefer. It really helps me to have those videos at hand when the connection is poor or when I'm in a place that is perfect to do yoga but has no wifi.

There are many benefits to yoga. Not only can it reduce stress and help with weight loss, but it strengthens your body and helps in breathing. It can help with insomnia and headaches. Yoga is also a form of exercise that doesn’t require special clothes or space. You can do it wherever you are, as long as you have space for your feet. What better way to stay focused than with some physical activity that does nothing but help you feel better and improve your focus?
