Zombie 5K Obstacle
 

I am training for a 5K Zombie obstacle course in May. Excited! I also just got this new app called Zombies, Run! that changes my runs into interactive narration about a post-apocalyptic zombie-infested world where you go on missions for survival. It really does make it more entertaining!

This is awesome! I just checked out the website and there is actually one, kind of near me, in December. This sounds like it would be a lot of fun, I sent the info to some friends, and I think I'm going to sign up.

It's a really cool way to motivate people into training for a 5k obstacle run.
