Default No Excuse Now!

So after working here eight years I find out this week that we have a nice little gym in the building about 100 feet from my office. I also find out that I have a key to it and can use it anytime.

There are two treadmills, an eliptical machine, a bike, a weight machine and a bench w/free weights (oh, and cable TV and a stereo).

I guess I'd better start using it or come up with more excuses!

Regards,
Michael

YAY Mike,

Sounds like a great facility - and like you had a good healthy summer - come on back to the "did you excrcise today" thread, it's getting too quiet there!

Sounds nice! Did they just add this or did you just find out that it is there?

Apparently it's been here right along. Although I prefer to "walk somewhere" for cardio this will be nice during the winter. And I really, really need to work on upper body as well. Thinking the weight machine will be a good place to start.

That's awesome! Free gym access, I'd be all over that

I like to walk somewhere on lunch too Michael. I do like having a weight machine at home though.

Nice! Now it's time to kick it in high gear. If you need any recommendations on a program I'd be glad to help.

Ok,

With my apologies to Yoda...
