Especially when a break is needed from tired/sore muscles from running.

I checked out spinner bikes about a month ago. But they go for around $600. I would only use the trainer occasionally I think because I'd find it boring. But hey, if it's only $66 and I use it a few times a month it's worth it.

Ya, the stationary bikes /tred mills/ elliptical machines bored the hell outta me when I would go to the gym, but I figure I could pop a movie in and do some indoor riding when the weather stinks.
